    In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of London, England, Rafe is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is accredited as a certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork, the professional Association for Compensation, Benefits and Total Rewards. He is also qualified to administer and score various occupational personality and aptitude tests, and is certified to administer, interpret and coach for Lominger’s VOICES 360 Feedback system and Hogan Personality Assessment.
